- Thoroughly mix one cup of your favorite fruit juice with 3 tablespoons of agar-agar (or gelatin) on low-medium heat, and a tablespoon of honey if you want extra sweetness.
- Add your desired dose of a liquid tincture, and calculate how many milligrams of THC will be in each gummy. For example, if you make 20 gummy candies with 100 mg tincture, each candy will have 5 mg of THC.
- Once the mixture is thoroughly blended, carefully pour it into gummy molds and refrigerate for four hours.
Most tinctures are coconut oil or avocado oil based, which are less harsh than alcohol based tinctures. Also, be sure to taste the tincture beforehand, some tinctures have specific flavors, or are a high-terpene extract (meaning they’ll have a very strong cannabis flavor).
