Payment Refunds
Refunds for credit card purchases will be processed within 30 business days.
If our 30-day refund window has passed and you haven’t received your payment, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Simply contact us for assistance. However, please note that to process your refund, we may require return authorization from our bank. Once this is secured, we’ll gladly complete your refund immediately.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Within 24 Hours: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us or fill out our Product Exchange Form within 24 hours of purchase. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
- Within 30 Days: If more than 24 hours but fewer than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are still happy to exchange your defective item. However, you will need to place a new order for the replacement.
- After 30 Days: If it has been more than 30 days, you’ll need to contact the manufacturer for a return authorization. Once we receive the return permission, we’ll arrange an exchange with your next order.
Important Note: All defective products must be exchanged for the same brand or type.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as free products, giveaways, promotions, and “Get & Give” items, cannot be exchanged or refunded, regardless of whether they are damaged or not. Additionally:
- Promotional orders must still meet the required minimum after credits or discounts are applied.
- GreenLeafly reserves the right to review and approve all returns.
Non-Defective Products
If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Notify us via the Product Exchange Form within 24 hours of your purchase, but no later than 30 days, and we’ll arrange an exchange with your next order.
Conditions for Non-Defective Returns:
- The product must be brand-new and in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
